Fees and appointment policy

Consultation fees are separate from the weight management program. The fee covers the medical assessment even if treatment does not begin.
Appointments are confirmed only after availability is agreed and the required advance payment is received.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or one rescheduled appointment at no additional charge.
For cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the consultation fee is retained; the remainder may be refunded or applied to a new booking.
For a missed appointment without notice, the in-office deposit is retained. The prepaid virtual fee is retained; the at-home deposit is retained.
If we need to cancel, you may choose a full refund or another available appointment.
